Marina Frei

Marina was born in Berlin on 17 August 1959. She became interested in healing at a very young age. This passion led her to a lifelong study of many healing modalities, including homeopathy, psychology, diving medicine, emergency response, reflexology, shamanism and

Reiki. Marina is a Reiki Grand Master and has been practicing and teaching this Japanese technique for over 30 years.

Marina moved to Krabi, Thailand in 2000, working first as a diving instructor, then opening her own diving center, and later working as a paramedic. During this period, she heard a deeper inner calling and turned her focus to yoga, which she had been practicing for many years. In 2008 she travelled to India where she completed her hatha yoga 200-hour teaching training course. Upon her return, she opened Marina Yoga and has been teaching yoga and meditation ever since. In 2015 she travelled to Bali for a 300-hour YTT, qualifying her Yoga Alliance’s: E-RYT500.

Alessio Zuccalà (Alex)

Alex was born in Rome Italy in 1972. In his twenties, while pursuing studies as a project manager in building and construction Alex became interested in many other activities, from artistic gymnastics, pentathlon, to sky diving and more. In 1999, he began to approach the practice of yoga, following the teachings of a great Yogi, Enzo Russo, from the "Italian Academy of Yoga" (since 1969). With great motivation Alex developed a growing interest in ancient yoga techniques. He began constantly studying and practicing to become a certified yoga teacher. With thousands of hours of experience, he has made this a true philosophy of life. In 2006 he went to India to deepen his knowledge about different yoga techniques, such as Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Pranayama, Kriya Yoga and more. He explored and tested the real and tangible benefits of these practices on mental and physical health. In 2009 he decided to live in Southeast Asia. Among the various possibilities, he chooses to settle in Thailand, where he follows his passion for yoga, Reiki, and teaching ancient techniques full time to anyone who is interested.

Liat Kim

Liat began her yoga journey in 2008. With no prior background in physical activity she was surprised to discover how right Yoga felt

Through its challenges, Liat recognized in Yoga the great connection between body and mind, which slowly took over a large part of her life.

Since 2010She has taught Vinyasa flow yoga in Tel Aviv, Israel in various groups and venues. She also enjoys exploring Yoga's multiple approaches, including as Iyenger, Hatha, and Yin, as well as Ayurveda, Meditation and Buddhism.

For the past few years, she has turned her attention to studying Philosophy and Yoga Anatomy. Liat  is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, and has taught in TTC’s all over the world.

Yoga for her goes beyond connecting with herself on the mat to an inspiring philosophy and way of life.
